Affiliate Terms of Service Policy for Vercaa Hosting

1. Introduction

Affiliates shall not engage in any unethical or illegal activities in their promotion of Vercaa Hosting services.

4. Commission Structure

4.1. Vercaa Hosting will pay commissions to Affiliates based on the referral of customers who purchase Vercaa Hosting services using the unique affiliate link provided to the Affiliate. 4.2. The commission structure and rates shall be outlined in a separate document or as communicated by Vercaa Hosting to Affiliates. 4.3. 5. Termination

6. Intellectual Property

Vercaa Hosting grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use its logos, trademarks, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Vercaa Hosting services. 6.2. Affiliates shall not modify or alter Vercaa Hosting's intellectual property in any way without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Vercaa Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Vercaa Hosting and the Affiliate and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings. 8.2. This Agreement may be amended by Vercaa Hosting at any time, and such amendments will be effective upon posting on the Vercaa Hosting website.

9. Governing Law
